Anything from migraines, allergies, thrush, fungal nail infections to diarrhoea, constipation, bloatedness, weight loss and weight gain. All of which can be caused by the unchecked growth of Candida. There is an arguement that Candida also contributes to more serious illness such as ME, Endometriosis and CFS.

Although everyone carries the candida fungus within their bodies it is when it overgrows that the symptoms being to appear. When the overgrowth occurrs the Candida turns into its fungal form and spores through the wall of your intestinal tract and effects the entire body.

There is no single identifiable trigger that causes candida to overgrow, however some speculation has been placed upon the use of antibiotics and other "conventional" medicines.
